Reserve Your Spot

Pay your deposit securely online. Non-refundable unless This Mom-ish cancels. Max 10 women per retreat.

Minimum Reached

Once the minimum is met, your retreat is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Book Your Travel

Flights or driving arrangements are handled by you. Book as soon as the retreat is confirmed — the earlier the better for pricing.

Pay on Schedule

50% of balance due 3 months before. Final balance due 2 months before. Auto-reminders sent.

Receive Your Guide

Full retreat guide including spa schedule, dinner reservation, what to bring, dress suggestions, and logistics.

Arrive & Restore

Walk in. Put your phone down. Let the experience hold you. This is three days that belong entirely to you.

Non-refundable. Holds your spot. Amount shown on each retreat card. Processed securely online.

Retreat Confirmed

Book Your Travel

Once the retreat is confirmed and minimum is reached — book flights or make travel arrangements immediately.

3 Months Before

50% of Balance Due

Half of remaining balance due. Auto-reminder sent. Retreat guide and spa details shared.

2 Months Before

Final Balance Due

Full balance paid. Complete retreat guide, spa schedule, dinner details, and packing list sent.

If This Mom-ish Cancels

Full refund of every payment including your deposit. No exceptions.

If You Cancel

Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after the minimum is reached, no refund is issued. Travel insurance recommended.

If Minimum Not Reached

If the minimum is not reached by the booking deadline, all payments except your deposit are fully refunded.

Group Maximum

All X-Mom Restore retreats are capped at 10 women. Once full, a waitlist opens. Book early.
